A gluttonous week of powder skiing
I left SLC for the time surrounding Thanksgiving, conveniently avoiding an extended period of high pressure and bad air. When I returned, I had about five days of waiting before the first proper winter storm came. We received about 1-2 ft of really nice snow, refreshing upper LCC and building base in the mid canyons and BCC. Ben and I took advantage, moving work schedules around & firing up the night skiing routine. Some pics: Ascending in beautiful Saturday sun That day, we exited from Mt. Wolverine via Catherine's area. Halfway through the exit we were forced to sidestep about 50 ft.
